offices of Rittenberg, Samuel & Phillips, L.L.C.
are housed in one of the oldest structures in the City of New Orleans, a firehouse built in 1836.
The building received an award from the Historic District Landmarks
Commission for its 1983 renovation into law offices.
Our
offices are located in the New Orleans Central Business District, between Poydras Street
and Lee Circle.
Girod Street runs parallel
to Poydras
Street, two blocks uptown from Poydras Street,
between Poydras
Street and Lee Circle. 715 Girod Street is located between Carondelet
Street and St. Charles.

Metairie: (via Carondelet/St. Charles Ave.
exit):
- Take I-10
towards the Central Business District.
- Exit on "Carondelet/St.
Charles" ramp. The ramp will reach ground level at Carondelet
Street.
- Turn left
onto Carondelet
Street, then proceed 4 blocks to Girod Street.
- Turn right
onto Girod Street
(between Carondelet and St. Charles). We are in the
middle of the block, on the left side of the street.
From
Metairie: (via Superdome/Claiborne Ave. exit):
- Take I-10
towards the Central Business District.
- Take exit Number 234-A ("Hwy.
90/Superdome/Claiborne Avenue.")
- Follow
sign to Hwy. 90 Superdome/Claiborne Ave.
- Then
follow sign to "Superdome Next
Right."
- This will
bring you to Girod Street
(which is the street behind the Superdome). Turn right onto Girod Street.
- Proceed on
Girod to 715 Girod (between Carondelet and St. Charles). We
are in the middle of the block, on the left side of the street.
From
New Orleans
East (via Claiborne ramp to CBD):
- Take I-10
towards the Central Business District.
- Exit Claiborne Avenue
cross-over ramp, but do not exit onto Claiborne Avenue.
- Veer left
to "Westbank" ramp, but do not go
to the Westbank.
- Exit on "Carondelet/St.
Charles" ramp. The ramp will reach ground level at Carondelet
Street.
- Turn left
onto Carondelet
Street, then
proceed 4 blocks to Girod
Street.
- Turn right
onto Girod Street
(between Carondelet and St. Charles). We are in the middle
of the block, on the left side of the street.
From New Orleans East (via
Canal Street):
- Take I-10
towards the Central Business District.
- Exit
Canal/Cleveland ramp, and proceed straight
to Canal Street.
- Turn right
onto Canal Street
(towards River). Proceed on Canal
Street.
- Turn right
onto Baronne
Street (Walgreens
Drug Store is on the right).
- Proceed on
Baronne Street 6 blocks. Sewell
Cadillac/Chevrolet automobile dealership is at the corner of Baronne and Girod Streets.
- Turn left
onto Girod Street,
and proceed 1 1/2 blocks. We are in the
middle of the block on the left side of the street.
From
the Westbank:
- Take the Crescent City Connection.
- Take Camp Street
exit.
- Proceed on
2 blocks on Camp Street,
then turn left on Julia Street.
- Proceed 2
blocks on Julia Street,
then turn right onto Carondelet Street.
- Turn right
on next
street (Girod). We are in the
middle of the block on the left side of the street.
