Morris H. Phillips, J.D., is a 1988 graduate of Loyola University School of Law (New Orleans). After obtaining an undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1980, he worked in the appraisal division for a local real estate company, and was an elementary and middle school teacher. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Sections on Probate, Trusts, and Estates. Mr. Phillips is active in civic matters, including the Carrollton Boosters Club and youth sports program. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts.
