Morris B. Phillips
Morris B. Phillips, J.D., is a 1951 graduate of Tulane Law School. He has been practicing law in Louisiana for over 50 years at all levels of state and federal courts. Mr. Phillips presently serves as an Administrative Judge of Small Claims Court in New Orleans and as Judge Ad Hoc of the First City Court for the City of New Orleans. His emphasis is probate, wills, successions and estates. Mr. Phillips is listed in the second edition of Who’s Who in American Law. He is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all Louisiana state courts.
