Caryl H. Vesy, J.D., graduated from Loyola University School of Law (New Orleans) in 1957. He maintains a general civil law practice in partnership with Morris B. Phillips. He previously served the City of New Orleans, as an Assistant City Attorney and by contract, for a period of sixteen years, represented the Vieux Carre Commission, New Orleans Historic Landmarks Commission, Pontalba Commission, Historic Pharmacy Museum and French Market Corporation. Mr. Vesy is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United Statues District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and in all Louisiana state courts.
